Terri Cassin, a native San Franciscan and St. Rose alum, is a career swag master! Before launching Spotlight with Joe, Terri logged in more than a dozen years of industry experience. Above all, Terri values client relationships and colleague collaboration. These values have become a central part of Spotlight's working culture. Josiah Harmar is originally from Philly and considers the Bay Area his home. Joe has been in the customer service business his entire career. His can do attitude, keen attention to detail, and sense of humor make him a perfect fit for the promotional product industry.
